Applying for a Place

Admissions to Parrett & Axe are managed in line with Dorset Council’s admissions arrangements. Applications should be made directly through Dorset Council via their online application system.

• Starting School (Reception): Applications for children due to start school in September should be submitted by the national closing date in January. Dorset Council will notify parents of the outcome in April.

• In-Year Admissions: If you are moving into the area or would like your child to join the school outside the normal admissions round, applications should also be made through Dorset Council. We encourage you to contact the office if you are interested in viewing the school and please contact us if you have any questions.
