Congratulations to Our Netball Champions!

On Thursday afternoon we took a mixed team of ten players to the Netball Tournament held at Beaminster School. We played four matches back-to-back each was 13 minutes long with no break. We drew against Broadwindsor and won against Beaminster St Marys, Salway Ash and Sticklands. We came away as the overall winners with gold medals for each child and a lovely shiny trophy which will take pride of place in our
trophy cabinet.

The children played amazingly well and their behaviour on the day was impeccable. Every child got a chance to play at least one game. Shout out to Holly Rae for her amazing goal scoring – such a natural.

A big thank you to Lisa Coggins for her two weeks of netball training – you certainly did a brilliant job and your coaching on the day was fabulous.

Massive well done again to every one of the team – you were brilliant and deserve to be the champions.
