At Parrett and Axe CE VA Primary School, we deliver a comprehensive and progressive PSHE and wellbeing curriculum through the SCARF programme, developed by Coram Life Education. SCARF – which stands for Safety, Caring, Achievement, Resilience, and Friendship – provides a structured, age-appropriate framework that promotes pupils’ emotional health, wellbeing, and personal development. This programme underpins our whole-school approach to safeguarding, supports the development of positive relationships, and equips pupils with the knowledge, skills, and values they need to thrive as confident, responsible members of society.
